When preparing your project proposal: 

• We review the documents to determine the eligibility of your company or NGO;
• We analyze the project idea and determine the scope of the project;
• We advise you on all the details of the application procedure;
• We review all documents to meet administrative, technical and regulatory requirements;
• We prepare a logical framework, the budget and the descriptive part of the project;
• We check the accompanying documents for the presence of all required props;
• We form the annexes to the project proposal;
• We submit the project proposal to the platforms Project Management and Reporting Module 2020, EPSS, the electronic systems “Funding and Tenders Portal”, www.ncf.bg ;
• We communicate with the Governing Body and the evaluation committee at the level of “Administrative Compliance” and “Technical and financial Evaluation”.

• We prepare all documentation for contractor selection procedures;
• We select a contractor in accordance with regulatory requirements;
• We prepare and submit the interim reports and the package of reporting documents;
• We correspond with the Governing body at every stage of project implementation;
• We prepare and submit the final report together with the accompanying reporting documents.
