Professional experience

Att. Lipchinski has extensive experience in advising and representing Bulgarian and foreign legal entities in trademark registration and opposition proceedings. He has significant experience in developing legal concession analysis and documentation and comprehensive legal Due Diligence.

He provides legal assistance to employers for lawful termination of contracts, preparation of documents in connection with
implementation of disciplinary liability of employees, preparation of set of documents for appointment of new employees.

Att. Lipchinski represents employers before court in proceedings against or employees in lawsuits against the employer. He advices a number of central and local executive authorities on the lawful conduct of tender procedures and public procurements.

Att. Lipchinski has wide experience in legal representation in commercial disputes, in insolvency proceedings, as well as in proceeding under the Consumer Protection Act and Competition Protection Act.

He serves the activities of large construction companies in connection with their participation in tendering procedures, execution of construction contracts and putting into operation.

He provides comprehensive legal assistance for issuing construction permissions, as well as for appealing individual administrative acts related to the construction process.

Att. Lipchinski has long-standing experience in debt collection enforcement proceedings.
